Flavors
These are some of the flavors I make. This list is not exhaustive, as I am constantly testing and trying new recipes and flavor combinations.
Pomegranate: vanilla buttercream enveloping a tart pomegranate jam
Red Velvet: chocolate macarons with a sweet cream cheese filling
Cranberry: Orange Buttercream surrounding a cranberry jam
Strawberry: filled with a strawberry buttercream
Pumpkin: with a pumpkin cheesecake filling
Orange and Cream: with creamy orange filling
Lemon: filled with a sweet and tart buttercream
Vanilla: with a center of sweet vanilla and white chocolate pastry cream
Peppermint: filled with a refreshing mint buttercream
Chai Spice: cinnamon macarons with a chai tea buttercream
Cake Batter: filled with sprinkles and cake batter buttercream
Lavender Honey: filled with a lavender honey buttercream
Blackberry Almond: with almond buttercream and blackberry jam
Chocolate: cocoa macaron cookie with semi-sweet chocolate ganache filling
Coffee: filled with a coffee buttercream
Gingerbread: with gingerbread buttercream
Salted Caramel: with a whipped salted caramel filling
Marshmallow and Peanut Butter: with one layer of smooth peanut butter and one layer of marshmallow cream
Dulce de Leche: filled with dulce de leche (similar to a caramel)
